About Us
Our History
We've been providing internet services for over 10 years now, and were originally formed from a successful consultancy that provided IT and internet consultancy services to clients that have included HBOS, Pilkington Glass and Everton FC to name but a few.
It became apparent pretty soon that delivering internet services was something we were good at so from one server in 1998 we have grown to hundreds with a well connected fast network that spans the UK enabling our customers to deliver their content to the rest of the world.
We began by offering web hosting under the Hosting UK name but as our range of services has expanded we've launched specific brands to provide focus on particular services.
The evolution of our business has seen our network expand and now it extends from it's presence in major data centres in London and Manchester and across into North Wales. This backbone enables us to deliver direct services across the UK and of course deliver connectivity to the rest of the world.
From operating out of two of the UKs premier data center facilities, in 2010 we built our own private data centre facility with fully redundant power and connectivity. With an eye on the environment we utilise free air cooling and renewable energy supplies. This new facility enables us to continue to provide cost effective services while providing enhanced service for customers located there.
Who we are
We're a small but talented group of individuals who as a team do amazing things. We're technical but approachable, excited by technology, and love to create solutions that fulfill the requirements of our customers.
We're pure engineers with commercial flair who love what we do. We like to understand the needs of our customers and deliver solutions that meet those needs.
Our oldest customers have been with us since the beginning which we think says more about us than any piece of marketing we could dream up.
Our customers range from hobbyist computer users to global corporations and household names.
